Research

Bats of Ghana have received very little attention in research. Their nocturnal behaviour, expertise for research and funding availability is a challenge to many researchers and disincentive to young Ghanaian scientist. Rising above these challenges, BATlife Ghana, hopes to conduct bat surveys and monitoring in Ghana, conduct cutting edge research in community, movement, behavioural and the roosting ecology of Ghanaian bats.
